Rob is a shareholder and Vice-President of the firm.  He is a land use attorney specializing in development rights, creation of special districts, annexation, zoning, and governmental relations. He represents developers and property owners before various boards and commissions in the City of San Antonio, Bexar County, and area municipalities. Rob participated in the adoption of the 2001 City of San Antonio Unified Development Code, and has represented clients in understanding, proposing and opposing revisions every year since 2001.

Rob attended law school at the University of Tulsa, where he served as articles editor of the Tulsa Law Review. He earned a political science degree at the University of Texas at San Antonio, where he was elected president of the Student Government Association. Rob maintains his involvement with UTSA by serving as President of the Alumni Association. He is also active in community organizations.
